SHOCKING SERVICE !!!
My contract run out so I was contacted by phone saying I was due a early upgrade. There was no deals I fancied at the time so the guy said what he would do was put me on a TEMP 3 month contract and he will personally contact me with the deals available as the prices will have dropped as new models were coming out, three month goes on still no phone call which i was promised. So I contacted vodaphone my service provider to he told mobiles.co.uk has signed me up to a new contract and I will not be able to upgrade unless I pay the big fee ! .
I phoned mobiles.co.uk to explain my problem and was told my 3 month early upgrade it had now went over the 14 day cooling off period and I am now locked into another 12 month sim only deal contract !!!
Which I did not want as I wanted to spend more money with the company and upgrade my handset and get a new deal . I was promised a phone call to discuss my options for upgrade which mobiles.co.uk failed to do so now I'm stuck in my sim only contract for another 12 month!!
Avoid really bad customer service on trying to get my issue resolved

In reply to your reply. Yous rang me 3 month prior to my contract end date and the guy explained I was due a upgrade so I said I'm after a s21 he checked deals and said here are your options I said its a bit pricey for what I wanna pay his reply " what i will do is put you on a 3 month temp contract and I will personally phone you back after the 3 month and by that time the samsung s21 deals will have come down in price . So I said thats great thinking I'm getting looked after 3 months time passed no phone call so I rings vodaphone and I'm being told yous have signed up up to a 12 month deal again exactly the same plan as I was on! So now I'm stuck with a contract same as last year with no upgraded phone . And was told I can't cancel as I'm over my 14 days cooling off period. I have not received any paper work emails of a receipt or invoice of my new contract either! And tried to phone your customer service various times. I even requested to go higher up to your HR department and was promised I would receive a phone call in 24 hours , its now been 28 hours and no phone call !
I don't seen to be getting any help moving forward!!!!!! All I wanna do get a new contract out with a new phone and spend more money with your company but now you have pined into a fake promise and stuck on the same deal as last year !
If you are willing to resolve this matter for your got customer stake please give me a phone call i have sent my details by email as you have requested

Excellent very fast service

Have used mobiles.co.uk for several phones and SIMs. Always incredibly fast to deliver, great prices and the cash back has always worked properly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Great Service

Ordered my iPhone online, arrived next day, fast service and very informative throughout the whole process. Totally recommend them and I certainly would use them again ????

Great Service and easy to complete

Initially i had problems with website, it wouldn't complete the transaction. As such, i contacted the telesales team and they couldnt be more helpful. Excellent service and it shows how poor Vodafones teams area.

Simple and fast although I could not…

Simple and fast although I could not register an account online and could not get through to phone line (engaged tone) with multiple attempts to resolve this. Also, I noticed that a 0.01p charge was made to my barclaycard account by mobiles.co.uk. I did not see an explanation of this before it was made, whether it is for credit check or whatever I don't mind just would've liked to have known.

Bought a new Samsung A51

Bought a new Samsung A51, doubt it's a new phone because sim tray would not open smoothly, it was bent. Rang the customer service explained them the problem. The lady I was speaking to told me, I have to fix it with my own expense. Keep repeating " I do apologies but we send you a brand new phone" like a broken record. They been trained,, not to help the customer. I would not recommend my friends and family to buy from Mobiles.co.uk. I would have given them 0* if I could. Awful shopping experience with Mobiles.co.uk. AVOID them....

Absolute shambles of a company..

Absolute shambles of a company... websites says everything is in stock. They take your money, a few hours later. Boom! Nothing in stock, don’t know when they will be and then 5 working days until a refund... customer services were unable to help or offer any apologetic offer. Only wanted me to downgrade and still unavailable...
STAY AWAY!
